One-Day AI Workshops

One day to align your team on AI — and actually use it on Monday

A focused, facilitated day for startup and corporate teams who want a shared AI strategy, a clear playbook, and the human readiness to make it stick. Built for groups of 5 to 25 — not Fortune-500 transformation programs.

Two tracks, same one-day format

Pick the track that matches where your team actually is.

Startup Track

AI Strategy Sprint for Startups

For founders and early teams (5–15 people) who are using AI in scattered ways and need one shared plan before the next quarter.

What we cover

  • Audit of how your team is already using (and avoiding) AI
  • Pick 3 workflows to automate first — with ROI math
  • Shared prompt + tool stack the whole team commits to
  • Human-AI readiness check across the founders and leads
  • 30-60-90 day rollout plan

You leave with

  • A written AI playbook (10–15 pages)
  • Team readiness scorecard
  • Two weeks of async follow-up support

Best for: seed to Series A teams, agencies, small product orgs.

Corporate Track

AI Alignment Workshop for Teams & Departments

For department heads and project leaders (10–25 people) who need their team rowing in the same direction before a broader AI initiative goes live.

What we cover

  • Where AI fits (and doesn't) in your current workflows
  • Shared vocabulary so cross-functional people actually agree
  • Risk, governance, and "what we will not automate" guardrails
  • Human-AI readiness diagnostic across the room
  • Department-level rollout roadmap with named owners

You leave with

  • A written AI strategy doc your team will actually open
  • Team readiness scorecard + per-person reflections
  • 30-day check-in session included

Best for: mid-size companies, internal departments, leadership teams.

What the day actually looks like

  1. 1

Morning — Where you actually are

Honest audit of current AI use, frustrations, wins, and the gap between leadership intent and team reality.

  2. 2

    Midday — Human readiness

Live scorecard across psychological safety, self-awareness, and shared language. The human conditions that make AI stick.

  3. 3

    Afternoon — Shared strategy

Pick the workflows, the tools, the guardrails, and the owners. Write it down together so it survives the week.

  4. 4

    Close — 30-60-90 plan

Concrete commitments with names and dates. Not a slide deck — a plan you'll reference next month.

Workshop FAQ

How long is a Scrappy Sparrow AI workshop?
One focused day — typically six hours with breaks. Remote sessions run as two half-days if your team prefers it.
Who should attend?
Cross-functional groups of 5–25. For startups, that's usually founders plus the leads who will actually use AI day-to-day. For corporate teams, that's a department, a project team, or a leadership group aligning ahead of a broader rollout.
Is this remote, in-person, or both?
Both. Remote works well for most problems — we use a shared Figma or Miro board and video. If you're in Denver or want to fly me in, in-person is available. Travel costs are added to the engagement at cost. Either way the output is the same.
What do we walk away with?
A written AI strategy doc tailored to your team, a prioritized list of workflows to automate next, a shared vocabulary for working with AI, and a readiness scorecard for the humans in the room.
How much does a one-day AI workshop cost?
Pricing depends on team size, format, and prep. Startup-track workshops start lower than corporate-track engagements. Request a quote and we'll send a fixed price within a day.
