Fifteen years in product design, design systems, and AI strategy. I've led design at enterprise scale at Genesys, built a healthcare AI platform from scratch as Co-Founder and CPO at Maia Women's Health, and advised leadership teams on how to translate big AI ambitions into things their teams can actually ship.
My background sits at the intersection of systems thinking, clinical psychology, and technology. I use AI, UX architecture, design sprint methodology, and facilitation to do in days what most teams spend months circling.
I believe AI can close gaps or widen them. How we build with it is a design decision — and designers need to be in that room.
