What exactly is included in 10 hours?

Any combination of work from the courses you've chosen — design, build, strategy, AI onboarding, the back-and-forth. I track time transparently and share it with you every month so there are no mysteries.

Can I change my courses mid-season?

Accepted Answer

Yep. Businesses shift, priorities change. We'll talk it through and adjust the mix as long as it still fits the time we've got. Big swaps that change your commitment length get a quick conversation first.

Question 3

What happens if we go over 10 hours?

Accepted Answer

I flag it before a single extra minute is worked. If you want me to keep going, overage is $200/hr. If you don't, we pick it up next month. No surprise invoices — ever.

Do I need to know anything about design or AI?

Accepted Answer

Not a thing. That's literally the job. I explain everything in plain language and teach you what you want to learn (and skip what you don't).
